Executive Chef

Before getting his start in hospitality, Anton spent time in the US Air Force and served overseas during the Gulf War. Once back in New York, he got a degree from the French Culinary Institute and the rest is hospitality history: cooking at Union Square Cafe, opening the Cafes at MoMA, and even founding his own specialty soda company, P&H Soda.

Most recently, Anton came back to USHG to lead the kitchen at Porchlight, where he continues to satisfy southern food cravings as Executive Chef,  in addition to his leadership at Cedric’s.
